Overview
High density housing is commonly associated with high rise apartment buildings, however the expertise of our practice is limited to developments of no more than 3 to 4 levels.
A typical high density residential project designed by our practice commonly includes a basement with shared parking, and dwellings are often a hybrid between apartment and townhouse, where the dwelling is over more than one level and has an identifiable single entrance, although in some cases an individual dwelling may not have its footprint entirely over the land, but rather airspace.
The site coverage can often be close to 100%, but high density projects can also include large garden areas around the perimeter or central courtyard.
